Site downtime today - migration

I'll be migrating the site to a new environment, probably starting around noon.
Expect around 30 minutes of downtime.

Should be back up now.

This should be the last big site infrastructure change for a while (assuming that we don't find a bunch of bugs now)

Anyone else seeing the site launch slower and with almost a hesitancy from their phone each time you launch it from the icon? Seemed to start a few days ago.

Is this for the home page, for post pages, or both?
Do you notice anything different from your computer?

The site has no logic to tell if you on a phone or computer, or what browser you are using, so it treats all sessions the same.

For the home page (not including images), I am showing around 120ms processing time + 60 ms transmit time to my computer, which is normal to slightly better then historically.


On a side note, I am working on a major performance improvement that should speed up viewing all pages on the site.

It's only one my Android and when I launch the home page from the icon for lifeinbklyn. Doesn't happen with any other page launch or App launch. Very weird.Just a minor inconvenience.

Just noticed that if I launch Chrome, it launches immediately with lifeinbjlyn up (if it was the last thing launched via Chrome).

Just noticed the same thing happened with Schwab.com when I launched that so nothing to do with lifeinbklyn.

Those are the only two .com websites (that aren't Apps) I regularly launch on the phone.
