I'm not a fan of cream cheese. Any suggestions on a good substitute that could go well with the other ingredients? Let's also avoid mayonnaise. Danke!

yes, yogurt and/or sour cream....can use many things to flavor/spice it.
ricotta cheese also.

allergic to nuts (yet another reason to stay off the ot), ricotta makes me hurl (horked in kens' cars one night because of it), don't know any midgets, but will keep an eye out.
