Thanks, dave. Saturday was fun. Sorry I wasn't able to go out yesterday. I worked until about 11pm last night. I turned the draft around and will give it to my boss this morning.

Rant: Tried unsuccessfully to join Zipcar. Completed the online application 3 times. Every time I got to the "Final Review" page and clicked on the "Accept Terms" box, however, there was no option to "Submit Application". (The site must run on disqus because missing buttons were a feature of the new Brownstoner.) Neither rebooting my computer nor using a different computer made any difference. Customer Service, a term I'll use loosely, said they couldn't help me and I'd have to call back during regular business hours. So, channeling Arkady, I emailed Zipcar and said, "Congratulations! You've lost a new customer before I even joined. Enterprise has to be easier than this."

Not yet - will be there at early July (staying with Cgar).

I think Reuters 3000Xtra is cheaper than Bloomberg but it's still not cheap. If you don't need live pricing, why not get the free Bloomberg app for smartphones? My friends with iPhones actually prefer it to Bloomberg Professional on their Blackberries.

If you want something on desktop, I think Yahoo!Finance is decent for pulling down charts and has a bit of dumb pipe data.

CG - Hertz has a similar pgm & I think it's better than Zip (which I let expire because it got too pricey & I never used it). I haven't really looked at it but the one possible downer might be pick-up locations.

I'm going to be very busy today. I have to design a new fireplace surround for P-Town and want to draw up a list of materials...wood size (nh).

The newly mortared area around the firebox will be white (very 18th century) and will have a wood surround and mantle covering the other stone. The stone mantle here will be removed.

GM, all. Blue wainscotting, stone fireplace, floral wallpaper, that's a fussy look even for a B&B.

I've got a nice Miles Davis earworm going this morning, thanks to the excellent musical taste of the MRI technician at HSS. They pipe tunes in through the sound cancelling headphones. My MRI lasted through So What, Freddie Freeloader, Blue in Green and most of All Blues.

Thanks, Puma and eWife. I'm very miffed. I had a temper tantrum worthy of Arkady and was not terribly polite the woman at Zipcar Customer Service, though in between rants, I did apologize to her and said I knew it wasn't (entirely) her fault.

Enterprise locations near me are closed on Sundays, which is brain dead. The eWife is right about there being a rental agency in the new building on Atlantic & Court, but not sure which one. That is a 24-hour garage though.

chicken, I need a car to clean out my storage room in CT in anticipation of my move and to give my friend furniture and household stuff for her beach house. That presumes I'll ever get a mortgage. Honestly, this mortgage process has dragged on so long that I'm no longer at all enthusiastic about buying the apartment.

Arkady -- no one has prescribed butt exercises for me.

Yes, MRI for my knee. Messed it up playing hoops in March. Not to be confused with jackal's weak butt knee injury.

Feeling any better, Arkady????

I had a nice quiet afternoon by myself yesterday...nachos and a few Modela Especials at mexicali on Court, a beer at Monteros, a beer and a double espresso at Bevacco.

Do you want to put your life savings in insolvent Bank?
You you trust the Government to stop Deficit spending?
Why is The Fed buying Debt and what happen when interest rates go up?

The world ended on Jan 1, 2009 when the Fed stated to PRINT money, 4 trillion dollars, punish savers, prices go up and Wall Street gets bailed out.

Maxine Waters never uttered anything as obtuse and ridiculous as that Rummy quote. it's in a class by itself.
June 11, 2012 1:04 PM - dibs
The Top 10 Outrageous Maxine Waters Quotes.

1. Tea Party hell: In remarks earlier this month in Inglewood, Calif., Waters went after the Tea Party, telling a group of her constituents (many wearing purple SEIU T-shirts): "I am not afraid of anybody. This is a tough game. You can't be intimidated. You can't be frightened. And as far as I'm concerned, the Tea Party can go straight to hell.”

2. Walk the plank: During her August 2011, "We're getting tired” tirade, Waters also went after the opposition in the debt-ceiling debate: "We were basically held up in raising the debt ceiling until they got all of those budget cuts they demanded. We didn't raise any revenue, and they didn't close any tax loopholes. I believe the Democratic Party and the President of the United States should not have backed down. We should have made them walk the plank.”

3. Socializing oil companies: Back in 2008, Waters was lecturing oil company executives at a congressional hearing when she plainly stated her true intentions: "Guess what this liberal would be all about? This liberal would be about socializing … uh, umm. … Would be about, basically, taking over, and the government running all of your companies.”

4. Outrageous flag-waving: After the health care bill was signed in April 2010, Waters denounced flag-waving at a Tea Party rally. "I was amazed. I really was. I didn't say anything to anybody. I just watched-the Republicans were out there-they were having a great time. They were laughing, they were waving the American flag, they were egging them on, and I thought that was outrageous behavior. I really did.”

5. No crisis at Fannie Mae: As a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee, Waters played a key role in allowing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's reckless actions that led to the housing meltdown. Here is Waters, at a 2004 congressional hearing, (and yes, that is the same "Frank” Raines that vastly overstated Fannie Mae's earnings in order to receive $90 million in bonuses). "We do not have a crisis at Freddie Mac, and particularly Fannie Mae, under the outstanding leadership of Frank Raines.”

6. Right to anger: Way back in 1989, Waters was quoted saying how angry she was, and she has been angry ever since. Here are those 1989 remarks: "I have a right to my anger, and I don't want anybody telling me I shouldn't be, that it's not nice to be, and that something's wrong with me because I get angry.”

7. White power: Racial politics are always front and center for Waters, as evidenced by this quotation from a 1993 interview with the Los Angeles Times: "Policy, for the most part, has been made by white people in America, not by people of color. And they have tended to take care of those things that they think are important. Whether it's their agricultural subsidies, or other kinds of expenditures that are certainly not expenditures for poor people or for people of color. And so we have to band together and keep fighting back.”

8. Rodney King rebellion: During the "Why can't we all just get along” riots in her congressional district, Waters excused the wonton violence, as her constituents were intent on burning down the city. The Los Angeles Times quoted her saying: "If you call it a riot, it sounds like it was just a bunch of crazy people who went out and did bad things for no reason. I maintain it was somewhat understandable, if not acceptable. So I call it a rebellion.”

9. Schedule a meeting: With the financial crisis looming, Waters was mostly worried about a bank that her husband had a financial stake in. Here, she admits that she contacted the Treasury Department on behalf of OneUnited Bank officials, actions which prompted a congressional ethics probe: "I followed up on the association's request by asking Treasury Secretary Paulson to schedule such a meeting.”

More to the point, nothing Waters said was uttered for purposes of putting thousands of American lives on the line on trumped up intelligence. But I don't get why we are talking about her. Why was invoking Maxine Waters the rebuttal to What's Rummy quote?

June 11, 2012 1:11 PM - bxgrl
Dibs did, Slopey.
June 11, 2012 1:13 PM - MontroseMorris
Oh, so what, Dave. So she said SOME things that were less than considered. I happen to agree with some of her comments, btw, but I'm not saying which ones, or getting into an argument about her, or politics. I have to go to a meeting anyway.

If we were to list every politician and list all of their less than genius remarks, I'm sure both Dems and Repubs would come out about the same.

That doesn't make Rummy's remark any more or less atrocious. Maxine Waters was not the Sec'y of Defense.
June 11, 2012 1:13 PM - dibs
So you can mock the remarks a Republican makes but I can't mock the words of a Democrat????? Maybe artrocious but not downright stupid.
June 11, 2012 1:14 PM - Slopefarm
I know "who" bx, my question was "why"? It seemed a curious way of dealing with the Rummy remark, which really collapses under its own weight and doesn't need much of a shove.
June 11, 2012 1:18 PM - MontroseMorris
You can mock whomever you choose, but pairing Maxine Waters up against Donald Rumsfeld as equals in politics, government, or influence is really apples and oranges, so why bother?

Rummey's remarks were quite logically well defined. The fact that people criticize them is due to their inability to follow.

But MM criticized only because he's a Republican.
June 11, 2012 1:20 PM - CGar
Pete, I don't even know. The building is stabilized and subject to tax abatements for a number of years. Looks like 3.75% increase for a 1-year renewal ($140/month) or 7.25% for a 2-year renewal assuming I'm reading it correctly.
June 11, 2012 1:21 PM - dibs
Pete, this isn't a real estate blog. Is this still an unknown unknown for you???
June 11, 2012 1:23 PM - Slopefarm
So the flow of the argument goes like this:

1. What: I'm right. Rummy quote backs me up.
2. Slopey and MM: Rummy quote is stupid.
3. Dibs: Maxine Waters says stupid shit, too.

So the point of invoking Waters was that MM and I criticized Rummy? (1) Rummy was already invoked. Quote either supports What's point or it doesn't. (2) Rummy was Secretary of Defense and was committing troops. The purpose was to convince Congress to overloop lack of evidence on WMD and authorize Iraq war anyway. Consequences are far smaller when legislators say stupid shit. (3) Legislators left, center and right say stupid shit all the time.

June 11, 2012 1:23 PM - bxgrl
oops- sorry Slopey. My guess is he didn't like a Democrat mocking Rumsfeld so he grabbed whatever was handy. And as you pointed out, it's a laughable comparison.
June 11, 2012 1:24 PM - bxgrl
"So the point of invoking Waters was that MM and I criticized Rummy?"

Exactly :)
June 11, 2012 1:24 PM - dibs
Very laughable, whenever she opens her mouth. Please, find me as many laughable quotes out of Rummy. And, like I said, just because you can't follow the argument doesn't mean it's wrong.
June 11, 2012 1:27 PM - bxgrl
Oh we could follow the argument - but it was still classic plathering.
June 11, 2012 1:28 PM - Slopefarm
How many people died because of Maxine Waters' remarks?

I follow Rummy's argument perfectly. It is logical. It was also a fraudulent premise for war -- i.e., we should go to war with Iraq over WMD even though there's no real evidence they have any because there might be a WMD bogeyman in the closet (nh). The context is what kills the quote, not the logic.
June 11, 2012 1:29 PM - MontroseMorris
"But MM criticized only because he's a Republican."

Rumsfeld's statement is one of wisdom and logic. It is the opposite of the Robert McNamara-style hubris that believed that the course of war can be simulated by known factors.

Indeed, if folks would stop their partisanship for a minute, they would realize that his statement is a cautionary one that actually argues against going to war.

Finally, the global warming crowd would do well to study his statement and learn from it. The shrillness of their statements that "the science is settled" on the even more complex topic of modelling the dynamics of the earth's atmosphere does not serve them well. It is exactly for that reason that I am skeptical of their claims.

Return of You Know Who: Fed Says Family Wealth Plunged 38.8% In 2007-2010 On Home Values
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-06-11/fed-says-family-wealth-plunged-38-8-in-2007-2010-on-home-values.html

The average American family lost 38.8 percent of its wealth from 2007 to 2010, with the biggest losses concentrated among households with the most assets tied to their homes, a Federal Reserve study shows.

Median net worth declined to $77,300 in 2010, an 18-year low, from $126,400 in 2007, the central bank said in its Survey of Consumer Finances. Mean net worth fell 14.7 percent to a nine-year low of $498,800 from $584,600, the central bank said today in Washington.

“Although declines in the values of financial assets or business were important factors for some families, the decreases in median net worth appear to have been driven most strongly by a broad collapse in house prices,” Fed economists wrote in the report released today.

The Fed has taken unprecedented steps to boost the economy as it battled the recession that lasted from December 2007 to June 2009, the longest and deepest economic contraction since the Great Depression. The S&P/Case-Shiller United States Home Price Index fell 23 percent in the three years through December 2010. The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index (SPX) dropped 14 percent in the same period.

As for Obama being out of touch, well, considering many of Romney's statements, I would say Romney is even more out of touch.

""My sons are all adults and they've made decisions about their careers and they've chosen not to serve in the military and active duty and I respect their decision in that regard. One of the ways my sons are showing support for our nation is helping me get elected because they think I'd be a great president."
"

"Corporations are people, my friend... of course they are. Everything corporations earn ultimately goes to the people. Where do you think it goes? Whose pockets? Whose pockets? People's pockets. Human beings, my friend." —GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney to a heckler at the Iowa State Fair who suggested that taxes should be raised on corporations as part of balancing the budget, Aug. 11, 2011

"I should tell my story. I'm also unemployed." —GOP presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R), speaking in 2011 to unemployed people in Florida. Romney's net worth is over $200 million.

What is it with the two of you and the bugs up your ass about military service??????? Prseidents not having military service goes back to Clinton. There's nothing wrong with it. Romney did not denigrate military service anywhere in what he said.

Are you confused, dave? First you say one thing, then another. If things are not equal how can one not be better than another? And please do explain to us how Romney's sons helping him get elected are anything but helping Romney. And i will say this, his sons running around, playing to crowds and getting back in their limos to go to another rally is a far far cry from being out on patrol in a foreign country and getting your legs blown off, or dying. What's your excuse????????
June 11, 2012 5:22 PM - Slopefarm
OK, back to Rummy for a sec. Here is the larger context for the quote. He most certainly was NOT cautioning against war with Iraq when he said it. He was supporting the administration's pivot toward Iraq by pooh-poohing accounts that no evidence of Iraq aiding terrorist orgs with WMD had been found. The "unknown unknown" is that there might be an Iraq-terrorist WMD link we haven't found.

Q: Has something new come to the attention of the United States with regard to Iraq that has kicked us into an apparently higher gear for planning and the contemplation of dealing with Iraq? Or is this a continuum that --

Rumsfeld: I think the United States since Desert Storm has always had a various planning with respect to Iraq and what it might do to its neighbors. It's threatened -- it's invaded Kuwait. It's threatened the Shi'a in the south and harmed them. It's harmed the Kurds in the north. It has expressed its view that the regimes of its neighboring countries are illegitimate and ought not to be there. This is -- it is a country that threw out the inspectors, that has an active weapons of mass destruction program. I don't know if anything's changed.

Q: Maybe it is a misperception here. Previous administrations have adopted the policy of trying to contain Saddam Hussein. And it appears from what the president has said and what Colin Powell has said that containment no longer works in the view of this administration, that the threat has somehow changed, increased, that the dynamics are different, and therefore regime change has become a more substantial goal for this administration than previous ones. Is that a -- is that true?

Rumsfeld: Well, if you think about what the president and Secretary Powell have said, what they have said, it seems to me, is pretty much self-evident, that every year that goes by and the inspectors are not there, the development of their weapons of mass destruction proceed apace, bringing them closer to a time when they will have those weapons developed in a form that is more threatening than it had been the year before or the year before that.

The second thing that's occurred is the technologies have advanced. And to the extent that the sanctions -- which historically is the case: sanctions tend to weaken over time, they're relaxed in one way or another. And as those sanctions are relaxed and as dual use capabilities flow into that country, their capability is restored in terms of their ability to impose harm on their neighbors or threaten others.

Third, the September 11th attack, if you think of the president's words and Secretary Powell's position, it reminded the world and the United States that terrorist networks exist, that, in fact, they -- we now know from the intelligence we've gathered that they've had a very active effort underway to get chemical, biological and radiation capabilities -- terrorist networks.

And we know that Iraq has those and does not wish much of -- many of its neighbors well, if any. I don't think it has a neighbor that it wishes well -- maybe.

So it's that combination of things that I would suspect led to the president's comments and to the secretary's comments.

Q: But would it be accurate to say that this building, that the Pentagon is now spending more time considering Iraq than it had previously, in terms of your planning process?

Rumsfeld: This building has always been attentive, for at least more than a decade now, 10, 12 years, to Iraq. We've had Northern no-fly zones and Southern no-fly zones; been flying flights there attempting to contain that country and prevent them from jumping on one of their neighbors.

Yes?

Q: Could I follow up, Mr. Secretary, on what you just said, please? In regard to Iraq weapons of mass destruction and terrorists, is there any evidence to indicate that Iraq has attempted to or is willing to supply terrorists with weapons of mass destruction? Because there are reports that there is no evidence of a direct link between Baghdad and some of these terrorist organizations.

Rumsfeld: Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns -- the ones we don't know we don't know. And if one looks throughout the history of our country and other free countries, it is the latter category that tend to be the difficult ones.

And so people who have the omniscience that they can say with high certainty that something has not happened or is not being tried, have capabilities that are -- what was the word you used, Pam, earlier?

Q: Free associate? (laughs)

Rumsfeld: Yeah. They can -- (chuckles) -- they can do things I can't do. (laughter)

Q: Excuse me. But is this an unknown unknown?

Rumsfeld: I'm not --

Q: Because you said several unknowns, and I'm just wondering if this is an unknown unknown.

Rumsfeld: I'm not going to say which it is.

Where did I speak about Rumsfeld's intentions? Tramway Plaza Park on E59th & 2nd Ave is overrun with rats. That park used to be prime cruising area.

Morons are feeding the pigeons but it's the rats that come.

Only morons feed pigeons.

Again....

Tell me, what was your point in posting those Romney quotes???? It's what you do.

June 11, 2012 7:12 PM - MontroseMorris
Dave, just drop it. If you look back, you started it by comparing Rumsfeld's statement to things that Maxine Waters said. And if you were so disgusted by the thought of a political argument, you could have stopped anytime. Instead you escalated it by not letting go. You never admit being wrong on anything, ever, so please don't start protesting about political fighting. You give as well as you get.

It's what you do. And no one was emailing anyone.
June 11, 2012 7:14 PM - bxgrl
I believe the more pertinent question is what was the point in posting the Maxine Waters quotes? And then bringing up the Obama comment on the private sector, which you did.

You go on like this and you're just like the What. But we knew that.
June 11, 2012 7:28 PM - bxgrl
As I said, dave, if you can't figure out why I posted them, there's obviously no way to have a conversation about it. I don't need the last word. I just need you to stop acting like a child and trying to provoke me. Think you can do that?
Edited at June 11, 2012 7:28 PM
June 11, 2012 7:30 PM - dibs
MM, I think you started it by not actually trying to understand the Rummy qoute and just dismissing it as stupidity or whatever you called it. You had to hop right on that didn't you!!!!!
June 11, 2012 7:32 PM - dibs
If you don't answer the question, and continue to behave childishly like the What, that's who I'll treat you like.

Now, one more time, what was your point in posting the Romney quotes?????
June 11, 2012 7:32 PM - MontroseMorris
Honestly Dave, must you ratchet it up until it gets nasty and personal? She posted the Romney quotes because you posted the Waters quotes. It's as simple as that, and that should be the end of it. Finito, basta, done, already. Go live to fight another day.
June 11, 2012 7:35 PM - dibs
Actually, MM she was the frist one who made it personal by the comment about my ability to analyze the financial markets, something I've been doing, rather successfully I might add, for the last 30 years. I let that go bucause I knew it might get nasty. Other than that, there haven't really been any personal attacks here.
June 11, 2012 7:35 PM - MontroseMorris
Dave, you're in no position to be calling anyone's behavior childish. You're repeating yourself like a petulant 5 year old. Yeah, I started it by commenting on Rummy's quote. So what? I can't comment on Rummy quotes?

Would you like to jump up and down and have a round of "did not", "did so" now?
June 11, 2012 7:38 PM - MontroseMorris
Oh please dave, really? Are you that insecure in your abilities that you're going to let one little off hand comment make you act like a baby? Honestly.
June 11, 2012 7:39 PM - dibs
MM, you just implied that I was making it personal. I did not. She started with it. I merely pointed that out to correct you. I did not bring it up because I knew it would lead to something that would get out of hand in a bad way. Why is it that neither one of you can ever see through the factual stuff, even when you yourselves post it?????

But please, stick up for her even when you are wrong.

"And i will say this, his sons running around, playing to crowds and getting back in their limos to go to another rally is a far far cry from being out on patrol in a foreign country and getting your legs blown off, or dying. Now if you can't see the difference in that, how the hell can you analyze financial markets?"

This is bxgrl's ONLY comment about your business acumen, and to even the most dense, it's just sarcasm, not a personal attack on your financial skills or you. It was also a throwaway, it was never raised as an issue, or was any part of the argument, which was solely about Rumsfeld and Romney. If you are going to get all bent out of shape over that, then you have a problem; not me and not Bxgrl. You've said far worse things to both of us that we never got all upset about. If you're going to pick a fight, at least pick a plausible one.

And that's it for me on this issue. I don't choose to go back and forth all night over anything this meaningless.

Smoking / Cats / and live in NYC. You are a masochist when it comes to your azzma. We all are in some ways, but that takes the cake! I have days where I can't be asked to eat either. Today was one of them. Of course I probably eat crap on the days I do decide to eat. I don't care what anyone says, it really is hard to expensive to eat healthy. I'd rather just eat every other day and make up for it. Produce goes bad SO fast when you are just buying for one. I only buy vegetables when they are on sale. I can't tell you how many times I've been tricked into buying the cellophaned package of 6 tomatoes for like 1.50 only for them to be rotten and moldy on the bottom. wtf? In general I am fine with the produce at associated, other than the moldy sale tomatoes in the cellophane it's always been of fine quality, but doesn't last very long. Or maybe I need a new fridge or something. I don't even bother buying meat, way too expensive.

that is an awful thing to say. the anti-smoking vendetta is beyond the pale these days. I think people who have sex, purchase overpriced products, and eat mcdonalds everyday are digusting pigs, is that okay to say as well? That sentiment, I swear, makes the people who are most vulnerable and SHOULD quit smoking just not want to quit.

I doubt anyone is going to offer to help, but I have a legal question and don't have the letter sent to me on my person at the moment. It's basically the collection letter from a phone bill from OVER 10 years ago that is definitely my grandfather's as it was their phone number, the last name on the bill how HE spelled his last name for bills (shady yeah). But it's attached my social security number. I stupidly got a call from them asking if I was blah blah with this SS # and was like yeah and slam, it's a verizon bill from over 10 years ago. I told them to send me me the info in the writing. Got it and it mentions the statue of limitations. OKay, did I reset it by admitting that was my SS #? It says I am not obligated to pay. weird? But I guess I am now because I admitted my SS #? this bill wasnt on my credit report when I got it a few months ago. Will it be now? I talked to my grandmother who gave me awful AWFUL advice. I find her advice totally worthless in financial reasons for obvious reasons. It's only for 71 dollars. Suck it up and pay it? Can I ask them if I can pay half of it and we call it quits? Or Maybe ask if I can send 20 bux a month for the next 3-4 months? Applying for this credit card that I got opened up an entire can of worms I didn't want. Im now constantly bombarded with more credit card applications (i do NOT want), and this collection agency somehow finding my work number!? wtf!? My grandmother insisted not to pay it off and to rip it up the letter and avoid their calls, but if they are going to harass me at work and it's going to affect my credit which i'm trying to create/repair these days than I'd rather just pay it off. Advice?

I'm also worried other cockroaches are going to come out of the woodwork in the next few months for things that are outside of statutory limits. I've been paying my bills on time for years now. And yeah I know it's really scrubby to avoid bills, but the only other one could be for a credit card from when I was in college and that is passed the statute of limitations. Are they going to find me as well? Those banks had no right preying on low income college freshman on campus to begin with, but that's another story all together, and yeah I consider it scrub of me to have gotten a card and not pay it off as well. Still a totally predatory practice, just like lots of mortgages in the last 10 years.

I get 6 hours a night (with a variable hour at 7am where I have my phone set up to snooze the alarm every 10 minutes between 7 and 8am). I love the snooze hour. I make up for lots of sleep on the weekends. Probably not the most ideal thing, but it works and I'm never tired or groggy in the morning.

You think just ignoring it will be okay? They are not going to report it to my credit report? It's a different spelling of my last name, but they have my social security number.

Rob, you are not obligated to pay the bill. Tell them the truth. That's your name and your SS#, but you have never had a Verizon account and you believe your information was used without your permission or knowledge (you don't have to tell them it was your grandfather). If the bill is past the statue, you're not on the hook for it anyway, they should have posted it as a 'charge off' years ago.
Also, NEVER admit to or confirm your name/SS# or any other information TO ANYONE, unless you made the call in regard to a legitmate account. It sounds pretty jenky that they would hound you about a 10-year old bill that for such a small amount of money, and has obviously been charged off years ago. I promise you, they spent that $70 years ago in the first few months of trying to track down that payment. If they passed their arrears accounts to 3rd party bill collector, then they would have been happy with $35 in the first place (roughly what they'd net after paying the bill collector their 50% cut.
If you pay this, you're acknowledging the obligation is yours and you may find this is the tip of the iceberg.

Call Verizon yourself and ask to speak to billing. Tell them what has happened and you wonder if you're being scammed. Tell them about never having an account and most likely they'll either tell you it's a scam and they never contacted you, or they'll tell you how to remove the charges.

Good luck.

Actually stopped by to say goodbye for a couple of weeks. Off to Baja tomorrow!! If a green big-headed creature washes ashore after being murderlized, that would be me!
