OK, this has been talked about before, but I wanted a thread more focused on it.
The question is, what should out community standards be for public comments?
Clear prohibitions for me include:
- Non-pubic, personal information about others
- Pornographic Images
- Bestiality Images
Other areas that are more grey include:
- repeated and malicious personal attacks
- Racism and hate speech
Other thoughts or categories?
In the near future I am looking for ways to have private areas where some of the standards could be relaxed.
However, even in private areas there will need to be some sort of standards to meet legal requirements.
